This section provides troubleshooting information as a basic solutions to the many common issues from installation to maintenance.

Q : Continuous flow/drop/leak of flushing water

  • Dirt stuck on flush valve's rubber seal or the rubber seal is torn
    • A : Take out the flush valve's rubber seal to wash or replace the rubber seal in the case that it's broken

  • Water level in the tank is too high
    • A : Adjust the water cotroller to make the water level match the water line
    Q : Slow or no water entering the tank

  • Dirt stuck on water filter
    • Take out the water filter to clean

  • The stop valve is unclean or blocked
    • Take out the stop valve to clean
    Q : Water leak from the area between tank and bowl

  • Incorrect installation of rubber ring or deteriorated condition of rubber ring
    • A : Re-install the tank and the rubber ring or have the rubber ring changed

  • Screws were not properly secured
    • A : Re-insert and tighten the screws
    Q : Uncleaned bowl after flush

  • Blockage in bowl or full septic tank
    • A : Use equipment to clear the blockage or call service to clear septic tank

  • Blocked or no ventilation pipe
    • A : Install or clean ventilation pipe

  • WC was not installed at the proper rough-in length (correct spot with outlet)
    • A : Re-install WC with the correct rough-in length

  • Low water level in tank
    • A : Adjust the water cotroller to make the water level match the water line
    Q : Odour from WC

  • WC was not installed at the proper rough-in length (correct spot with outlet) or provided wax flange / floor flange was not installed
    • A : Re-install WC with the correct rough-in length and insert provided wax flange / floor flange
    Q : Push button is difficult to push or stuck

  • Push button set was not properly installed
    • A : Re-install the push button set
    Q : Stain on ceramic surface

  • Stain is possibly caused from water quality
    • A : Clean with cleaning agent. Take care not to use sharp equipment or it may cause scratches on ceramic surface.
    Q : Stain on seat & cover

  • Stain from dirt, normal use, or water quality
    • A : Clean with gentle soaping water and sponge. Do not use strong chemical cleaning agent.
