PRODUCTION

LAB & Material Preparation Manager (1 position)
    Responsibility:
  • Plan and control Lab QC in process in order to meet company goal & within schedule.
  • Plan and control Lab R&D project in order to meet Nahm goals and within schedule.
  • Coordinate with supervisors in assist and supervise production on quality problem Solving
  • Monitor performance indicators including process control and R&D Project report
  • Managing, controlling and organizing the raw material preparation and ensuring its compliance with V&B quality standards before the materials are delivered to the production line.
  • Overall planning of the raw material stock; organizing and supporting the operations of the slip, mould and glaze preparation units in order to ensure the most effective return on assets in the overall production process.
  • Co-operating and interfacing with the management of all departments of V&B Thailand (most of all production) and the headquarters in Mettlach in order to follow the company’s production strategies, production management concepts and production yield requirements.
  • Continually improving the safety within the unit by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintaining and improving housekeeping and cleanliness in all areas.
  • Ensuring efficient collaboration and co-ordination between the relevant departments including the cast shop, glazing department and procurement.
  • Supervising and managing the staff of the material preparation department, providing all necessary assistance and guidance and making sure that the turnover and overtime rates are kept in the limits allowed by company standards
    • Qualification:
  • Male , 35 - 45 years old
  • Bachelor or Master degreeof Ceramic Engineering, Ceramic Technology or relate field.
  • Over 7 years on Ceramic Lab Management level working experience in manufacturing environment, Sanitaryware or Ceramic field would be advantage
  • Computer MS office / Ceramic Lab Instrument eg. Rheology measurement, Particle size analyzer, Dilatometers, etc.
  • Good Communication in English (TOEIC > 550 is preferable)
  • Production Casting Supervisor (3 Positions)
      Location: Saraburi Factory
      Responsibility:
  • Control the casting process to achieve the target
  • Reduce clay loss and improve yield
  • Control to make sure all employee follow up SOP SOE

    Young Engineer [ 2 Positions ]
      Location : Saraburi Factory
      Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate purchasing, warehousing, customer service, or planning. Manage logistics personnel and international logistics systems and direct daily operations.
  • Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
  • Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
  • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
  • Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, exports, or customer issues.
  • Monitor product export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements and ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
